Condensate Management

Condensate Management

Unwanted condensate is always produced when compressing air, even from the smallest systems. Any volume can adversely affect downstream pneumatic equipment and processes.

Effective, low cost drains and efficient moisture separators can extract water vapor from hot compressed air before it passes into your system. Clean, dry air helps extend the life of tools, valves and other compressed air equipment, reducing overall maintenance and up-keep costs.

  • Condensate Management Drains

Proper draining extends the life of tools, valves and other compressed air equipment, reducing overall maintenance and up-keep costs. The Quincy condensate management drains detect and discharge only when condensate is present, ensuring no unnecessary loss of valuable compressed air. These drains are reliable and easy to install. Models are available to suit every application.
  • Condensate Management Purifiers

Quincy’s lighter, cleaner and easier to service QCS condensate purifiers replace the old gravity separators. The QCS removes all compressor fluids, including polygycols. Several sizes are available to allow for single or multiple unit configurations. Disposable filter cartridges facilitate easy removal and disposal of contaminated condensate.
